Laurent, out and proud, and Dan, as straight as an arrow, are best of friends and share an apartment. Secretly head over heels in love with his roommate, Laurent is a member of an activist group fighting for gay marriage rights, while Dan is a fickle playboy, chalking up one conquest after another. One day, intrigued by an Internet ad – "young girl, ugly and broke" – Dan meets Camille, a beautiful rich girl who is desperately single. It’s love at first sight – which makes Laurent sick with jealousy. With the help of lesbian activist Sam, he does everything in his power to break up the happy couple. And to raise the stakes and spice things up a bit, Sam is lusting after Camille! All is fair in love and war… This is a comedy full of surprises! Stéphane Clavier serves up savoury commentary on gay marriage, and plays with the confusions and contradictions of a new generation seeking its own freedom somewhere between individualism and commitment.
